We also ordered a ceviche verde ($11), which had red snapper with cilantro, serrano chiles, tomatillos, onions, poblanos, nopales and lime. It was served with thin platain chips. I thought this one was pretty good.

Our entree was the sopesitos ($10) – three masa pancakes topped with duck with mole Poblano; pork cracklings in salsa verde; and rabbit tinga . This dish was presented very well. Everything tasted good but it wasn't exceptional or anything. I enjyoed this dish although if I were to return to Hugo's, I would opt to order something new instead of this dish again. I did find it very pretty so I'm posting 2 pictures =).

I'm going to give this rating thing a try. Based on my first visit to Hugo's,I'd give it a 6 out of 10. We didn't order much so it didn't cost as much, but some of their other entrees do get kinda pricey. I don't really have any urge to go back any time too soon though if anybody asked, I'd say it's "not bad." It's very possible there are other better dishes, but at those prices price, I can wait.
